Wow! I am completely hooked on this series. I cried a lot more through this one, because the 20 year seperation between the two main characters was hard to deal with considering how in love they are and what happens in that 20 year period. I can't imagine what it would be like to think the one person you've ever loved was dead and then find out 20 years later he isn't. Anyway, here is a synopsis copied from Barnes and Noble:
